In the study "An Overview of Chatbot-Based Mobile Mental Health Apps: Insights From App Description and User Reviews" published on JMIR mHealth and uHealth, researchers explored the state-of-the-art features of mental health chatbots and user perceptions based on app descriptions and reviews.
